Prices

The prices listed on the product pages include the statutory value-added tax and other price components. Unless otherwise indicated, prices are in Euros.

If delivery is made to countries outside the European Union, additional costs may arise that are beyond our control, such as customs duties, taxes, or money transfer fees (transfer or exchange rate fees of the credit institutions), which are to be borne by you.

Shipping Costs

There are no shipping costs for deliveries within Germany. For deliveries to EU countries and Switzerland, a shipping fee of 5.99 EUR including VAT applies. For deliveries to all other countries, a flat shipping fee of 14.99 EUR including VAT applies.

Additional Shipping Information

The goods will only be shipped after receipt of payment. We prefer to ship our goods with Deutsche Post or the shipping company DHL. In individual cases, we reserve the right to use a different shipping service provider.

The delivery time is usually 1-2 working days.

Payment Methods

You have the following options to pay for your order with us. We reserve the right to change or remove individual methods, as well as to add new methods.

PayPal

The provider of this payment service is PayPal (Europe) S.à.r.l. et Cie, S.C.A., 22-24 Boulevard Royal, L-2449 Luxembourg (hereinafter "PayPal"). If you choose to pay via PayPal, the payment data you enter will be transmitted to PayPal. The transfer of your data to PayPal is based on Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR (consent) and Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR (processing for the performance of a contract). You have the option to revoke your consent to data processing at any time. A revocation does not affect the validity of past data processing operations.

Bank Transfer (Prepayment)

You can transfer the payment amount to our bank account, which will be provided to you during the order process. For prepayment, payment processing is handled by the payment provider LTC Information Services GmbH (hereinafter "Komfortkasse"). In this case, we will pass on necessary personal data to Komfortkasse. The data is transferred exclusively for the purpose of payment processing.

Invoice and Installment Purchase, and Instant Transfer with Klarna

We offer the payment methods of invoice and installment purchase in cooperation with Klarna Bank AB (publ), Sveavägen 46, 111 34 Stockholm, Sweden (hereinafter "Klarna"). Klarna must perform an identity and credit check for these options. When you select the payment method of invoice or installment purchase with Klarna, we will transmit your personal data, such as contact details and order data, to Klarna. This allows Klarna to assess whether you can use the payment options offered through Klarna and tailor the payment options to your needs. The legal basis for the transmission to Klarna is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b) GDPR. Klarna processes the data independently. Your personal data will be handled by Klarna in accordance with the applicable data protection regulations.

Credit Card Payment

We offer you the option to pay by credit card. Please note that the respective payment information is collected and processed independently by the relevant payment service providers.

Shopify Payments

We use the payment service provider "Shopify Payments", 3rd Floor, Europa House, Harcourt Building, Harcourt Street, Dublin 2. If you choose a payment method offered via the payment service provider Shopify Payments, the payment will be processed via the technical service provider Stripe Payments Europe Ltd., 1 Grand Canal Street Lower, Grand Canal Dock, Dublin, Ireland, to whom we will forward your information provided during the ordering process, along with the information about your order (name, address, account number, bank code, possibly credit card number, invoice amount, currency, and transaction number) in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR. The data transfer is carried out exclusively for the purpose of payment processing with Stripe Payments Europe Ltd. and only to the extent necessary for this purpose.
